The Secret to Sustainable Change? Focus on Networks, Not Individuals.

Every transformation deck names a few champions. The change that actually sticks lives somewhere else — in the relationships people already have, and the rooms no one thinks to invite.

About

Evis Qeska.

It's not about performing. It's about learning and developing, in the long run.

I sit alongside leaders and HR teams to make learning permanent — the kind that outlasts the workshop, the framework, and usually the consultant. Most of my work happens in the quieter conversations, not the keynote.

Most change initiatives fail in the same place: they treat people as recipients of a programme instead of authors of how the place works. I build the conditions where authorship actually happens — and where leaders stop being the bottleneck for their own teams' growth.

The way I work is closer to thinking partnership than consulting. More questions than decks. The goal is always the same: leave behind a team that knows how to grow itself.
